Corey has spent over 13 years as a senior technical resource within one of the largest and most complex on-shore resource regulators in the world.  Much of his experience has been focussed on how to build out risk-based decision making approaches that are tailored to the unique conditions in each jurisdiction, based on the political and geographic context.   In this role he has held senior positions responsible for developing networks with the international regulatory community and providing support and training to regulators in developing nations.
